National and Regional Folk Alliance Conferences:

• Southwest Regional Folk Alliance Conference – Austin, TX – September 29 - October 2, 2011
  Great conference in a great city.
• FAR - West: Folk Alliance Region - West – Eugene, OR – October 20 - 23, 2011
  The conference includes: official showcases, learning panels and interactive workshops, late night private "guerrilla showcases," the Best of the West awards luncheon, and the Exhibit Hall.
• 2011 Northeast Regional Folk Alliance – Kerhonkson, NY – November 10-13, 2011
  The conference includes: workshops, panel discussions, seminars, an exhibit hall, formal showcases in the nightclub, and private and guerilla showcases.
• 2012 International Folk Alliance Conference – Memphis, TN – February 22 - 26, 2012
  This is the premier professional development conference focused on folk, roots multicultural and world music in North America. All official Folk Alliance events will take place in the Marriott and the adjoining Cook Convention Center. Folk Alliance is working hard to build a true family event and encourages you to come in early or stay late in order to take advantage of everything that Memphis has to offer. We’ll be there for all the fun!
