This logo is provided as an Oasis service for use, at client’s discretion, on CD or DVD projects with likely distribution to families with small children.

The use of this alert is not to our knowledge mandated in any way by the government; CD/DVD packaging is not considered as toys. Thus, this warning is provided for use entirely at the client’s discretion to alert parents or guardians of small children of the possible hazards that may exist if multimedia packaging breaks or separates into small pieces. Typically, this warning might be offered if the CD or DVD project would have likely distribution to families with small children.

PC Users:
The template files are .exe files. Once you have downloaded the template of your choice, simply double-click on it and the archive will open Win Zip and the file will self-extract. Or, click here to download an alternative program to unzip the files.

MAC Users:
The Oasis Choking Hazard Logo is an EPS File compressed as a .hqx file. Once you have downloaded the template of your choice, they should extract automatically. If not, you’ll need the free Stuffit Expander to extract these archives.
